I would recommend Neova by Vita-Mix. They have vapor seal and 5-ply

stainless-on aluminum construction. No hot or cold spots. No grease or oil

needed,

just a few drops of water. Lifetime Warranty. It conducts heat the best. @

46, compared to copper-coated steel @ .15, and cast Iron @.11, and Stainless

Steel @ .06. With Glass last @ .03

Hope this helps. _www.vitamix.com_ (http://www.vitamix.com)

Hello everyone!

My husband is getting a bonus check soon and we are in dire need of

new pots and pans. So I am wondering what kinds you all use, or would

choose to get if you could buy new ones. I know the Teflon non-stick

is not healthy. I have read scary things about aluminum. Any

suggestions? From the type to the specific brand- I would love to get

any and all input and suggestions.

Thank you so much,

Heddy

I have recently made the shift over to vision ware, glass cookware. I

also use cast iron pans. The vision ware is not being sold new

anymore. I turned to ebay and the local second hand stores. Good luck

on your finds! You are doing the right thing by getting rid of your

worn out teflon. They are dangerous when they get scratches.
