Guest guest
Does anyone have suggestions for knees that are starting to hurt? What are good supplements to take? Thanks, Gisele
Guest guest
May I suggest trying to find out the cause of the knee pain, then you can more accuratley decide how to treat the pain? Many times bad knees can be from your feet- have you gone to a chiropractor lately or a podiatrist? If you arches are starting to fall or anything like that it can be corrected with inserts etc and if indeed that is the cause you will notice a huge difference very quickly. Sometimes it is as simple as the arches are fine but the patient is standing on hard surfaces for more than 4 hours a day and with proper shoes or support all improves.
