I live alone. I can't do hardly anything. Have tried to to read, crochet, knit and everything makes me sick and tired. I don't know what to do. Am so lonely. I have had Fibromyalgia & CFS for 8 years and I would be happy to tell you some of the things that have helped me, I have tried so many things it would take me a whole page or two to explain them all. Do you have a good doctor? How long have you had CFS & FMS? Have you tried any vitamins? I would be happy to be a friend/ pen pal to you if you want to write to me, ok? I know how it feels to feel completely awful and have no energy or anyone to understand. I went thru alot of depression and hopelessness the first few years I had this, and now I have alot of hope that things will get better. Take care!
