Guest guest Posted March 24, 2006 Report Share Posted March 24, 2006 1- Find a place where you can buy food and they can tell you where it's coming from. **** My local grocery store 2- Find an activity that forces you to relax for an hour or more. **** I get a massage once a week, if you don't want to pay for it get your self a good massage book and practice with a friend twice a week. 3- Get a hug once a day. **** Hug someone whom needs one and you end up getting one in return. 4- Find something that entertains you and have it available. **** I always have my Jodi Martin CD Water and Wood, in my car and in my office.
