Guest guest
I´ve had this for several years, and have tried many things. The two that have made a real difference for me, and only when I do both together, is to take D-ribose 3 times a day, and make sure I get stage 4 sleep at night. The D-ribose has literally given me my life back, but doesn´t work as well if for some reason I don´t sleep well for a few nights. If you do a search on Google for " D-ribose " and " surgeon " you should get links to a study done on a woman physician who found significant relief with it. All I know is that it reduced the pain tremendously, and gave me most of my energy back. If you can´t do the search, e-mail me and I´ll send you some info I have saved on my PC. By the way, I don´t sell the stuff or have anything to do with the companies that do; I just want people to know that the D-ribose and getting stage 4 sleep every night WORKED for me. Best wishes for relief, Elizabeth , " bzzymom3 " <bzzymom3 wrote: > > Hi, just found this group yesterday.
