Hi, just found this group yesterday. I have had severe fibromyalgia &

extreme CFS for about 8yrs, have tried tons of doctors, meds, heat

therapy, exercise, nothing has helped. I feel like I am deficient of

several vitamins but not sure which ones, all I know is I feel better

when I take multi-vitamins & extra B's & c's. Does anyone know of any

vitamins or herbs or natural things that have helped them or have

helped anyone they know? I also heard about doing the colon & other

cleanses to rid the body of toxic chemicals & such but don't know much

about that or which ones to try.

Any advice helpful. I am so sick of doctors and traditional meds, and

feel I have got to get healthy to get my life back. The fatigue is so

bad I havn't the energy to go thru all the old messages or look up too

much stuff. Thanks.

Make sure you are getting 800 - 1000 mg. of Magnesium Glycinate or

Magnesium Taurate daily. Take less

Calcium.
