Hi Cheryl, You're on the right track.

I used to have awful muscle cramps but I found that taking magnesium with

crampbark Capsules stops that. The brand is Microgenics I don't know if you

can get that over in USA. I live in Australia. It's excellent for stopping

cramps now that ordinary Aussies cannot get quinine. I also take other

supplements but lately, like you I am slowly switching to food as nutrition and

also using compost for my garden veggies I make my own compost and use all the

vegetable scraps in it. No good depending on the shops for good vegetables or

fruit. you don't know how nutritious they are with our poor soils these days.

Also it is good to do a detox now and then.

Regards,

Jenny

I've recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and i'm very dis-

satisfied with the medications the doctor has prescribed for me. At

this point in time, i'm supposed to be taking oxycodone (5 mg./3 times

a day), Flexeril (10 mg./ 3 times a day), Rozeram (a sleeping pill),

and Lidocaine patches. I'm very sensitive to medications, and i'm

having adverse reactions to the Oxycodone - bloating, constipation.

I've been experimenting with some things I purchased from the health

food store - powdered barley, Fibro-Response, Royal Jelly, and B

vitamins. I'm wondering if anyone else suffers from FMS and can

recommend some things that have worked for them ? I've changed my diet

a great deal. I'm eating lots of vegetables, whole grains, fish, and

very little red meat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so very much !
