Guest guest
I've been interested in herbal remedies for decades. I've dabbled here and there, but hadn't acquired the inner personal wisdom - and just plain old life experience - to handle such a serious art until now. I'd be very grateful if anyone had good, practical herbal cures books to use. Currently, I have The Way of Herbs by Michael Tierra. I like his straight forward approach. Combing the library for gardening books, I found Kathi Keville's works. I just bought her book Herbs for Health and Healing at Amazon for dirt cheap. I find she knows her herbs, but she doesn't cover much about preparing these remedies. I'd like to find a book, if there is one, that goes into detail about preparations. I'm also looking for good herbal apothecary shops in Connecticut, if anyone can recommend. Sincerely, Belinda
