I've been here a few months (or so), and I'm still learning this - and more. I re-read this long intro-n-links post from Frank each time it comes out, because it contains so many much-needed reminders about the wrong ways we've been taught to view our health, and the truth of how our bodies work and can be healed. Thanks Frank! I know as I stick with this list and go through the voluminous archives and such that I AM learning, and I know that I am in the best position in my life right now to truly begin getting more and more healthy - but it's not always an easy thing. And the second-worst part, for me, is UNlearning the untruths of allopathic thinking. The WORST part for me lately is that I find I am PEEVED (to put it in " PG " wordage). * Peeved about all the years WASTED trusting in allopathic doctors who either arrogantly discounted the health issues I had (have), or who gave me cover-up pills that harmed or threatened to harm another part of my health. * Peeved at the THOUSANDS of dollars out of my pocket (never mind the tens of thousands paid out in my name by the insurance company) that went to support the high-living of these same doctors. * Peeved at myself for trying so hard for so many years to beat the same dead allopathic horse, as if it might eventually get up and walk if I only kept trying and obediently " keeping a watch " on my ever-declining health. I can only be grateful for the folks like Frank who work so hard on this list, coming up with and storing information that helps boneheads like me begin to understand (1) WHY we aren't getting any better, (2) NO we aren't crazy or the only people having these problems, and (3) there IS a way to begin doing it right - there IS a way to regain health, once we stop pretending the emperor of allopathy (and other band-aid medical philosophies) has clothes. Thank you thank you thank you - to Frank and everyone else who works so hard here! God bless you! Jent " Unthinking respect for authority is the greatest enemy of truth.
