AB_Progressives - PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED CONTENTS OF CERTAIN

PAGES ON VHEADLINE HAVE BEEN REMOVED

Dear Folks,

I just want to make all of you aware of this. At this time, I cannot

comment on any of this since we are still working on this problem.

Some of my pieces have had to be taken down and that is all I will say

at this point.

Thank you,

PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED CONTENTS OF CERTAIN PAGES ON VHEADLINE HAVE BEEN

REMOVED

Due to unilateral (and we believe unconstitutional) restrictions

imposed on VHeadline.com from within the United States of America, we

have elected to remove a number of articles previously published on

this website.

This decision is dictated as the result of a communication received

last December 20 (2005) in which we were ordered to immediately remove

certain photographic representations from this website.

The summary order was reiterated in a further communication dated

December 22 after that we had sought clarifications and explanations

for what we believe to be a highly-irregular requirement demanded of

any publication.

As of midnight, February 15, 2006, no further clarification and/or

explanation has been rendered despite the fullest of enquiries

directly and via diplomatic channels.

It is therefore with reluctance that we have decided, in the face of

these restrictions on our basic rights and freedoms as an independent

e-publisher, that we should immediately remove all storyfiles

subsequent to the December 20 cut-off that either directly or

indirectly meet the censorship criterion imposed on us.
