[AggressiveProgressives] Re: Stu vs. Comcast ISP

Below is what was sent today, to the MI State Attorney General,

Comcast & ......

Again, I've been beating this war drum for several months, and I'm

sick & tired of being lied too, being unplugged, just to be plugged

back in, just to turn around and be unplugged again.......I have

picked up the ball here and intend to run this into the infield with

your help.......One person vs. a multi-million dollar corporation

stands about as much of a chance, as a snow ball in hell.....If we are

to make our voices heard, you are going to have to provide me with

documentation of similar experiences and be willing to be contacted

by the Departments investigator's. I want to turn this into a class

action and remove my name off this heading...I would like to see :

The People vs. Comcast and AOL and .........Enough is enough,

what these corporations are doing is " illegal " and there isn't any law

that supports these practices by these ISP's.......Believe me, if they

had one eyotta' of anything to stand on, they would be grinding it in

our faces........ They Don't !!!!!!!!! That's why they play these

silly games.......I don't claim to be an attorney, but this isn't my

first rodeo either.....I know how these corporations

operate......Here's your chance, either you stand with me on this or

we will allow these corporations to take your money and dictate to you

what you can say and what you can read....This is not a stretch, they

are already talking about charging you to send an email, what is this

about???? Silencing US.....Comcast has already positioned themselves

with me, it's now my word against their word, the typical he said, she

said....If we are to stop this or at least make someone come to the

table to hear our grievances, it's going to take more than what I have

by myself.....There it is, all above board and on the table.....The

only thing I wish to accomplish here is to be able to communicate with

whom and how I want, this is what our Constitution guarantees US, this

is an " Entitlement " , not a privilege...This is what I pay for every

month, just like you..........

censoring and disrupting my communications to my political groups for

political content. They have " blocked " out going, as well, as incoming

mail from being delivered. They have willfully lied and made up feeble

excuses that they've " checked it out and can't find nothing wrong " ,

yet they are the ones who are generating the block with their own

system and they claim they don't understand any of their own messages.

" This is in violation of free speech rights guaranteed under our

Constitution & Bill of Rights. " This below, is typical of my

experiences. They, Comcast, claim that, " I'm the only person in

Comcast World that has this problem " or " has made these claims " .

Comcast will neither confirm nor deny that these actions are taking

place. AOL is using these same practices, I have problems frequently

delivering emails to people with AOL addresses. I would also like to

add, since I and Comcast have " locked horns " , an email is circulating

around from my address that contains a virus. This is not a frivolous

allegation, this a serious violation of an individuals Civil

Liberties...I see this as falling under the same umbrella as " illegal

spying " without just cause and / or due course.

spam and is bouncing them back to the server which then suspends

message delivery.
