For years I didn't know what was wrong with me. Now I know that it

wasn't all my thyroid but also my adrenal. I tried Isocort but it

helped but caused other problems to. I want to know what I can do

naturally. Can anyone tell me what to do and/or take?

Hi Loretta,

Do you know why your adrenals pooped out?

For a woman, it can be related to hormonal issues, so if everything is

working fine, then probably not. A lot of women with fibroids have

adrenal issues.

What is your lifestyle? I mean are you living with way too much stress

for way too long? In an adrenaline surge situation - like an abusive

work environment or working 20 a day or something. Ok, most women do

work 18 hours a day by definition, so I hope you know what i mean...lol

It can also be related to a high sugar/carb diet that wears out the

adrenals when your sugar levels crashes after a high carb meal - cuz the

adrenals kick in to bring the sugar back up and eventually they get tired.

Generally -

Cut back on sugars and high carb foods.

Natural licorice - the thick black goeey stuff - not the yummy red sugar

candy.

Pantothenic acid

vitamin C
