Minnesota Wellness Sued By Fraudulent Website Owner

Please take a look at the Fraudulent Website listed below. I was alerted to

this website several months ago and since I am a colon cancer survivor

recognized the drug this site is trying to sell. You can only get it by

prescription (through an oncologist) and it is used as an IV drug. I wonder how

many cancer patients looking for a cure sent this guy money? Now he has the

gall to sue the people who tried to bring him to justice by alerting everyone to

this fraud. This is absolutely a travesty and if we are really interested in

alternative medicine then we need to get behind David and support him with funds

and by getting the word out. When you are dealing with lawsuits and attorneys

no contribution is too small. This scammer will not win but he will drain as

much funds from David as possible. I was shocked that this site was allowed up

for as long as it was. Should it have

been an alternative medicine doctor or company making these claims they would

have been shut down in an instant along with trashing offices and making sure

the person was ruined for life.

 

Please send whatever you can to help David fight this battle and please spread

the word!

Wellness Update & Invitation

 

Blessings Everyone,

 

This is to inform you that our website and newsletter are on temporary hold.

Because we busted a Dutch Criminal and helped to shut down his multimillion

dollar scam of ripping off the terminally ill, we are being sued by him to the

tune of $1,000.000.00.

 

Of course it’s a frivolous lawsuit, but his intention is not to win, only to

make us pay court costs (which, according to my attorneys will be anywhere from

10 to 50 thousand dollars).

 

No case is a slam dunk, though this one is obviously frivolous.

 

Please do not waste any time or effort thinking about ways we can beat this.

Better legal minds than mine have been working on it, so unless you have an idea

that is so far out of the box that it can’t even see the box, my high-priced

legal eagles have probably already thought of it. So far the best scenario is

having the judge sanction the attorney who filed the original lawsuit, in which

case the sanctioned attorney would end up paying our legal bills. The odds are

slight.

 

Nobody ever wins in a lawsuit charging a journalist with libel or defamation of

character. They usually file the lawsuit just to punish the journalist by

forcing him to spend money on a defense. This is why we are now buying some

litigation insurance; another added cost, but well worth it in the long run.

 

The only way Arthur Vanmoor wins is if I lose lots of money (and I’m already ten

thousand dollars lighter this morning). Even today I’ve received another

harassing email from him.

Please send it to friends. The Feds have shut down his American based sites, but

they’ve already opened them up again in Europe. Send this story to as many

people as possible; the only way to protect people from this sort of scam is to

get it out on the airways. (Please note that until this guy sued us, there were

only 900 hits on the actual page. After his lawsuit was filed and the story was

picked up by some papers, the page has now been hit nearly 10 thousand times.)

by a journalist can punish that journalist through a frivolous lawsuit, then the

criminals win. The only way to keep these creeps from winning is to fight back

something good comes out of this, if our work is supported by the many who visit

our site, and we receive more financial support than our defense costs, then he

looses.

 

We all win, and he looses.
