Guest guest
A few things to try: 1) Quercitin - 500 mg/Bromalein - 100 mg blend or similar - try 3 or 4 capsules when a reaction starts. Bromalein greatly enhances the absorption of Quercitin, which is an anti-inflammittory bioflavenoid. 2) DHA/EPA capsules - about 1000 mg of DHA (however many capsules to get there) when a reaction starts/EPA amount is not critical. 3) Rosmarinic acid - 1 or 2 capsules when a reaction starts. 4) Lay down when a reaction starts and try to 'calm' your body by trying to reduce your heart rate. The above can help reduce the length of a reaction like you are talking about and are all used to help allergic reactions. There may be other substances, as well. I have not tried Rosmarinic acid when a reaction starts but it is supposed to be helpful for allergic reactions. Try without it first to see how it works. All substances can be taken at a lower dosage daily to help keep reaction under control. Reactions like the ones you describe can be difficult to control. Quercitin/Bromolein at about 5-6 capsules alone (mentioned above) have done some amazing things for people who have asthma. I hope if you try them that they work. Of course, taking a multivitamin is a good idea. Kelly Kelly Flaherty 13618 Hull St. Rd. #121 Midlothian, VA 23112
