Alzheimer's link to pharmaceutical drugs?

Seems to me I read there was a connection, here or somewhere else. Can

anyone direct me to any research on this topic?

I just found out my step-mother is diagnosed with Alzheimer's (which

is not really a disease, but a collection of symptoms). She has been

taking *14* prescription drugs for a long time! [Zoloft among them]

It would be a wonder if her mind and body were not effected. (She is

80 years old).

 

I'd appreciate any direction to doing some research on this.
