A prerequisite would be a revolt in the Republican Party to restore civility, responsibility and sanity to their political organization. If they don't rid the party of the tyrants who run it, propagandists and liars, they will either triumph in their efforts to destroy our Constitutional form of government or implode. Which will it be? Because the rank and file Republican show no signs that they are going to stop drinking the toxi GOP Kool Aid. Stay tuned, democracy is at stake.
