You can use it in chicken soup stock. It enhances the healing potential of

the famous remedy by adding to it's anti-viral strength. Throw in a couple

of ounce's to the stock and slow cook. Be sure to use stainless or glass

ceramic to cook to be sure not to reduce the beneficial affects of this

nutritious soup.

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for a recipe for elderberry syrup. I know how to make it,

but I don't remember the ratio of berries to water.

 

Also, I was wondering if anyone has good recipes for astragalus. I'm

planning to buy some dried astragalus root and would prefer to include

it in cooking.

 

I've checked through the archives and files but didn't find anything.
