The Tennessee Senate has passed an AMAZING bill to ban mercury in

vaccines. House Bill 902. Representative Susan Lynn (Tennessee) is

requesting that all national organizations concerned with removing

mercury from vaccines help her educate and support the Tennessee

House of Representatives to pass the legislation.

Excerpt from bill: Within 180 days after the effective date of this

act, no immunizations administered to any person, including pregnant

women, in Tennessee may contain mercury, trace amounts of mercury or

preservatives containing mercury. Any insurer...shall not reimburse

for immunizations containing mercury, trace amounts of mercury or

preservatives containing mercury.

St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital is embarking on participating

in some phase of vaccine production and/or testing.

 

FYI: 10 USC 980. " Despite the recent allowance for limited emergency

research, legal interpretation of 10 USC 980 stipulates that

Institutional Review Boards (IRB) must determine, in cases where

surrogate consent must be obtained (e.g., unconscious persons,

children, mentally ill, trauma patients), that the research is

intended to give direct benefit to subjects. This has disallowed the

use of surrogate consent for those trials that involve a placebo or

standard-of-care arm, where participants do not receive any direct

benefit. "

 

A news report in the Cincinnati NKY says that an experimental

vaccine--that may or may not prove to be of use against a bird flu

pandemic--is being tested at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical

Center (one of four sites in the US) on 60 healthy older adults and 60

healthy children. Nationally 450 children and adults will be recruited

as test subjects.
