Guest guest
In her book Mood Cure Julia rightly sings song in praise of eggs. Indeed I am enjoying great health due to her advice on eggs. I am consuming 9 eggs and some beans and lentils daily, yet keeping my total protein below 30gms in each meal. I take them in four doses spread through the day. Her book also helped me detect my allergy to milk and wheat. Both are now out of my life. But recently I read the book Brain Allergies by Philpott and Kalita. On page 124 they say that for some time the high protein, moderate fat, low carbo' diet will help but in due time protein will become a source of allergy. They specifically mention eggs. They say eggs consumed daily will lead to allergy to eggs. This is my nightmare. What to do? I can't take milk. So I have to take animal protein somehow. Eggs come handy and cheap. How to avoid this nightmare? Comments and suggestions please. Ratan. Mail - PC Magazine Editors' Choice 2005
