Rice Milk, Almond milk are readily available in most grocery stores in a

variety of forms (vanilla, chocolate, plain, low fat etc...) You can also

buy something called Vance's Darifree potato milk on the web, many gluten

and casein free websites have links and recipes for homemade rice milk

etc....)

For someone with dairy and gluten intolerance, soy protein has similar

effects and may cause some of the same stomach problems.
