According to Dr. Garry Gordon, " We are facing a dangerous moment

in our history. An industry with more money than sense and a

government with more greed than patriotism are conspiring to rob our

right to control our bodies, keep them safe and, if harmed, seek

recompense from the corporation which harmed us. " The threats' names

are Senate bill 1873 and House bill 3970.[ii] The National Autism

Association this week added, " Pharma-protection language will be

inserted into as much legislation as possible between now and Thursday

17th. There are already ten different bills on Capitol Hill -- S3,

S975, S1437, S1828, S1873, S1880, HR650, HR3154, HR3970, HR4245 --

that contain provisions which will let drug companies off the hook for

injuries resulting from vaccines and other products. " [iii]

That means when they kill children with their vaccines, which they

have been doing for decades, they will legally be able to get away

with murder. Death by injection is not something that only happens to

those on death row, it happens all the time to kids and the government

keeps records, though incomplete, that tell the dirty tale. Some have

acknowledged that the Eli Lilly Company is a company that kills babies

for they are the ones who have been pumping in the most lethal

neurological poison (mercury based thimerosal) into vaccines for over

70 years.

The legislation in progress at this time set the stage for mass

forced vaccines. At issue is compulsory vaccination during time of

terrorist attack with weapons of biological warfare or if national

security is threatened by the bird flu virus. In reality there are

people pushing for compulsory vaccination all the time, which it seems

we already have for children right now anyway. It is presently very

difficult and getting more difficult to get exemptions from

vaccination in school age children. In addition, there are currently

attempts to make flu vaccination mandatory for all primary health care

workers. The CDC continually pushes the issue, and this week there is

added backing from a politically influential organization called APIC:

the Association of Practitioners for Infection Control, calling for

mandatory influenza vaccination of all health care workers.[iv]

For noncompliance some of the bills order imprisonment and/or

quarantine without probable cause or scientific evidence of illness or

contamination. There are people and government officials who want to

plunge a chemical cocktail into everybody and if it kills kids and old

people, well? What this means is that pharmaceutical companies, with

the federal government running interference, will unleash new

vaccines, specifically the one for the bird flu they are testing, and

just too bad if people die from it. Legal and medically justified

deaths are waiting for many American children.

The cost of a single DTP shot in the US was $ 11.40…manufacturers

were putting aside $ 8.00 per shot to cover legal damages paid out

to parents of brain damaged children who died after vaccinations.

The United States, the center of the western world is going down

a path that will lead to a living hell on earth. Most people are

asleep to the terrors already supported in earnest by the United

States government and tend to look the other way like the Germans did

when they started herding the Jews and Gypsies to the concentration

camps. As long as it doesn't happen to us what is to worry about?

Nicknamed BioShield Two, after a related measure passed and signed

into law last year [PL 108-296], S 1873 is a " drug company

stockholder's dream and a consumer's worst nightmare, " says Barbara

Loe Fisher, president of NVIC, in a hard-hitting press release.[v]

" The legislation will eliminate both regulatory and legal safeguards

applied to vaccines, as well as take away the right of children and

adults harmed by vaccines and drugs to present their case in front of

a jury in a civil court of law. "

The federal government actually pays families of vaccine-killed or

disabled children nearly $100 million dollars each year, and has done

so since 1986 through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Vaccines are a wonderful source of profits with no risks to the

drug companies since vaccine injuries are now recompensed by the

government. But now the government seems to want to come out from

under the threat of increased liability altogether. Journalism

professor John Hanchette, rips S 1873 in the Niagara Falls Reporter

saying, " This bill is a slavering wolverine masquerading as a furry

little lab rat. " This slavering wolverine is running on a fast track,

its progress on the Hill fueled by media-generated hysteria about bird

flu.[vi]

The very same people who are at war with the societies in Iraq and

Afghanistan are at war with their very own citizens and will not relax

their efforts until they have total control of people's lives and

bodies. These bills create a secret, powerful, unchallengeable, and

constitution-immune agency, Biomedical Advanced Research and

Development Agency (BARDA)[vii], with life-and death power over US

citizens. " These bills represent the exact opposite of sane, sensible

and appropriate democratic governance. They represent the reign of

high profit and high terror under a profoundly undemocratic regime, "

continued Dr. Gordon, who says in the clear, " Compulsory vaccination

is an abomination. "

Vaccines are an unnatural phenomena. My guess is that if

enough persons said no to immunizations there would be a

striking improvement in general health with nature back

in the immunizing business instead of man. Having a

child vaccinated should be a choice not a requirement.[viii]

According to Dr. Oliver Sacks and Dr. Joel Vilensky,[ix] the

influenza pandemic of 1918 was followed by another epidemic. The

disease was encephalitis lethargica, or the " sleepy sickness, " and

like influenza it spread through most of the world. Its symptoms were

extraordinarily varied - most commonly there was lethargy, but

sometimes there was insomnia, and even frenzy; sometimes there were

paralyses, sometimes mental disorders. Of the million or so people who

came down with encephalitis lethargica during this period, half a

million died in the acute stages of the illness; most of the

survivors, people who appeared to have recovered, went on to develop,

sometimes decades later, a variety of neurological problems, including

a crippling form of parkinsonism. That this was caused by the unsafe

vaccines was never investigated. The last thing the American

government wants is to be held responsible for is the widespread

slaughter of its citizens and the terrible suffering and liability

medically induced chronic disease brings. That vaccines are capable of

doing this is only a surprise to those who know nothing about the

history of vaccines and the statistics held by the American government.

Compulsory vaccination takes us right back to IG Farben and the

Nazi concentration doctors who enjoyed experimenting on their fellow

human beings. The chances are good that men like Republican Senate

Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN), and Senate Health, Education, Labor

and Pensions Committee Chairman Mike Enzi (R-WY), and Senate Budget

Committee Chairman Judd Gregg (R-NH), all sponsors of these bills,

will lead human civilization into a medical dark ages that even the

Nazi madmen did not achieve.

BARDA will operate in secret, exempt from the Freedom of

Information Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act,

insuring that no evidence of injuries or deaths caused by drugs

and vaccines labeled as " countermeasures " will become public.

" I am not aware of any agency that has the full FOIA (Freedom of

Information Act) exemption, even the CIA, " said Mark Tapscott, the

director of the Center for Media and Public Policy at the Heritage

Foundation. " What do they think they will be doing that will not be

covered by the exemptions that the CIA has in place? " he said. " There

needs to be a detailed explanation for why. " Drug companies say they

need to be free of public scrutiny to protect their research. Dr.

James Howenstine feels otherwise saying, " There is no proof that

vaccines work and they are never studied for safety before release. My

opinion is that there is overwhelming evidence that vaccines are

dangerous and the only reason for their existence is to increase

profits of pharmaceutical firms. "

No large scale trial of the US anthrax vaccine (AVA) has ever

been conducted, and trials of the current smallpox vaccine have

recently been halted because of safety concerns. Despite this,

the website of the United States anthrax vaccine immunization

program claims proved protection against inhalation anthrax.[x]

The loss of medical freedom is on the navigational charts of the

pharmaceutical industry. In the medical world and in governmental

bodies like the FDA and the CDC there are many who would herd humanity

before dangerous needles and dangerous lethal medicines and these men

and woman could easily be called demons from hell. There are no

civilized or words to really describe the absolute terror of a mother

or father losing their child soon after vaccines are administered, nor

the living nightmare of watching your child slide into the darkness of

autism spectrum disorders. The German monsters concentrated on State

enemies but their American medical counterparts are going after the

children of the American people. Professional evil is not something

that psychologists have come to terms with but hundreds of thousands

of parents of autistic spectrum kids have.

Today there can be no possible doubt that evil exists and that

there are people who are capable of extremely destructive behavior.

Any lingering doubts on this score will be swept away by

an evening spent in front of the television.

The vast majorities of people do not care though and will not

care until someone in their own family falls to the needle. Over

eighty percent of the American public herd their children into local

medical clinics like sheep to receive each and every vaccine mandated

by federal medical officials. This same majority thinks that men and

women in white coats are saints and it does not matter to them whether

these same people are injecting neurological poisons like mercury into

their kids or not. The majority of people have been conditioned down

to the level of the idiot when it comes to medicine. The general

nature of `evil' is to not have consciousness of the effect that

If these bills get passed we will enter a new era of terror though

it might take a few years or until the bird flu or influenza strikes

giving the government the excuse to inject, what will be for some,

lethal chemicals. Between CODEX, the FDA and now possibly BARDA, human

beings have an array of enemies too cruel in intent to fathom. Hitler,

Stalin, Mao and Lenin have competition, slick and slippery medical

professionals that they do not even need concentration camps to

administrate their medical nightmare. Parents flock to the clinics in

every town and city in the country on their own believing in the

goodness of their country and government.

against their will, or to participate in the functional equivalent

Even though the Nazi government was supported by American

industrialists, human civilization still had the American people ready

to go to war to vanquish the Nazi evil. Who is going to go to war

against the American government, who is going to lead a revolution if

these bills get passed? This is not a joke. What is looming on the

horizon if these bills pass is an elaborately planned nightmare. These

bills are just a natural extension of a medical conspiracy that is

decades in the making. The pharmaceutically controlled government has

already gotten away with murder so now its flexing its muscles to see

if it can go for complete control and for total terror against its

citizens.

Perhaps if millions scream their heads off in the next few weeks

and write their Congressmen and Senators[xii],[xiii] there will be a

reprieve from this planned trip into hell, and the National Autism

Association has in fact started a " Power of Parents " call in campaign

to protect the rights of vaccine injured children. The Power of

Parents Call-in Campaign hopes to stop pharma-friendly legislation in

its tracks. For years, politicians like Senator Bill Frist and Judd

Gregg have routinely inserted language that removes liability from

vaccine-makers, which ultimately eases safety guidelines and dismisses

injuries some children suffer from vaccines. In 2002, an anonymous

party inserted the now-famous secret rider to the Homeland Security

bill, a provision that gave Eli Lilly and vaccine manufacturers

liability protection from a toxin used in vaccines. The rider was

later repealed.

Pass or no pass though there is a reality, an evil, a demonic

force that is exercising its power in the field of medicine. These

forces are not concerned if hundreds of thousands die from their

efforts. They feel absolutely justified medically for all their

actions. This is medical arrogance ignorant of its own evil. These

people suffer no guilt when parents lose kids or when they get struck

down and become neurological zombies. Evil has a new face today; it is

the face of modern allopathic medicine married to terror creating

pharmaceutical paradigms.

The German people were helpless before the Nazis as were the

Russians before Stalin. Americans have their Bill Frist, George Bush

and now infamous Secretary of Defense Donald Rumfield leading a pack

of medical terrorists the world knows and suffers from. Who is going

to stop them?[xiv] For those who might not totally get the spin of all

the grim words above I want to repeat it all in a phrase. These bills,

if they become law, will threaten to turn the entire United States of

America into a medical concentration camp. Presently the Autism

community are the only ones who seem to give a damn and are on top of

watching this all while the rest of us stick our heads in the sand and

sit in front of TV not having the least little bit of understanding

what all this means. Democracy, which has been dying a horrible death

in the United States since the trade towers came down, is ready for

I am aware of at least ten bills that already contain language that will

severely limit the rights of my injured child and understand that even more

bills are being targeted for similar provisions and will be slipped in like the

Homeland Security Provisions. If any one of these bills is allowed to pass, my

child’s right to have his day in court will forever vanish, all in the name of

corporate greed. As a citizen, voter and parent of a vaccine-injured child, I am

appalled at the overwhelming amount of legislation currently on the table that

will allow complete immunity to the very industry that has caused tremendous

pain to my entire family. I urge you to place the interests of injured children

above those of the pharmaceutical industry. Along with hundreds of thousands of

voters across the country, I realize that an industry already known for placing

profit over safety will no longer have any incentive whatsoever to be concerned

Washington, D.C. - A behind-the-scenes plan is reportedly taking shape in

Congress to attach language to an unspecified conference report giving drug

companies blanket immunity from liability for vaccine injuries and deaths.The

National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), a watchdog consumer advocacy group

critical of provisions in " The Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug

Development Act of 2005 " (S. 1873) sponsored by Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) and

a similar bill in the House (H.R. 3970), calls the reported plan " an end-run by

Pharma's friends in Congress to take away the civil rights of the American

people. " In the past few weeks, public criticism about the proposed bail-out of

drug companies has been mounting as Americans are being told that a pandemic

bird flu is coming and drug companies are asking Congress to bar citizen access

to the civil justice system when they are harmed by vaccines. Because the bird

flu virus has not mutated into a form that is transmissable from human to human,

questions have been raised as to whether irrational fear about bird flu is being

generated in an attempt to stampede Congress into passing liability protections

the pharmaceutical industry has been seeking for 40 years. Pointing out that

there are twice as many drug companies marketing vaccines in the U.S. today as

there were in 1982 when NVIC was founded, NVIC President Barbara Loe Fisher

said, " It is a big lie that drug companies have been driven out of business by

lawsuits in the past two decades. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of

1986 protected drug companies and doctors from almost all lawsuits. There are

only a handful of vaccine injury lawsuits pending in civil courts but Pharma is

on the brink of conning Congress into destroying Americans' Seventh Amendment

Constitutional right to seek redress in a civil court in front of a jury of

their peers. Apparently drug companies only want profits and not accountability

when Americans die or are injured by experimental and poorly tested biodefense

and pandemic flu vaccines they can be forced to take whenever the Secretary of

Health and Human Services declares a public health emergency and state officials

follow suit.
