Guest guest
M Sat, 12 Nov 2005 09:40:30 -0600 [GranniesAgainstGeorge] Republican memo another terrorist attack on god's country The hot one now hitting the internet is Capitol Hill Blue's report of a confidential Republican memo stating that the way to reverse the GOP's declining poll numbers is for another terrorist attack on god's country http://www.capitolhillblue.com/artman/publish/article_7639.shtml which would " restore [bush's] image as a leader of the American people. " When Republicans start thinking that way, we get nervous. It's not their control of all the intelligence agencies; CIA, NSA, DIA etc., that worries us. It's those super secret ones like the one Dick Nixon whispered about as having been put together during the fifties to do things the CIA is not allowed to do, made up of unofficial people not on the public payroll, or not so that any of us could figure it out without inside help. Those folks were involved in the Bay of Pigs invasion, the Watergate burglary, and probably the JFK assassination http://www.sumeria.net/politics/kennedy.html . The late Hunter Andrews, involved in the most recent official government investigation of the President Kennedy murder, told me he was certain that Lee Harvey Oswald did not do it, and he had access to mountains of secrets us peasants are not allowed to see. Former Commander of the Pacific Fleet, Admiral Gene LaRocque, told me during the Cold War that the secrets are not to keep the USSR from finding things out, they already knew such things, they are to keep the American people from finding out. If we did see the secrets, democracy might break out in the Land, which would be disastrous for those who run things. More recently LaRocque said " I don't believe George Bush has the right to kill one person to bring about a change in government, " in opposing the illegal invasion of Iraq. A big terrorist act is the kind of thing which could boost a president's poll numbers big time. After 9/11 one recalls the Bush poll numbers doubled, despite Bush's cowardly act of going into hiding at an air base when the nation so badly needed leadership. Corporate media helped cheerlead Bush to popularity, describing him incessantly as a strong leader in a time of crisis over all print and electronic outlets. And of course, Bush can also rely on the devotion of Pat Robertson, who pushes Republican politics in the name of the almighty, hates feminists and gays, loves war, abhors liberals, sycophantically kisses Wall Street butt, and talks to god --Jack - Liberty Underground http://BuzzardsRoost.aimoo.com http://www.GranniesAgainstGeorge.us
