Menstrual Cups- getting the hang of them

One lady here mentioned that she could not get the hang of using a menstrual

cup. I do know that drug stores sometimes sell disposable menstrual cups.

They are not effective. The new design such as Diva Cup and The Keeper are

much better than some others on the market.

They improved upon them from an old design used in making menstrual cups.

 

The disposable paper menstrual cups are terrible from what I have heard.

They dont stay in place and leak worse than tampons. This was just one

persons opinion of this disposable product of which I dont know the brand

name.
