Guest guest Posted May 31, 2004 Report Share Posted May 31, 2004 I was wondering what people use as alternatives to sweeteners. I have heard of stevia, though havn’t had a chance to use it yet. Is it much like sugar? Or more like a tea leaf which would need to be strained if put in a liquid and powdered to be put into anything else. Also is sugar in the raw just as bad for you as the white refined sugar. (I think that’s actually the brand name?) Liz --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
