Question, Doc...now orange peel

I'm coming in on this thread, but why can't you take the peel, cut it into small pieces and dry it (either air or slight heat) and grind it up to powder??

That is what I do with it! lol I don't eat a lot of citrus fruits but when I do...I save the peel, dry it and then grind it up! I then use it in my TN.

You can also put it into capsule form or sprinkle it in some or your drinks..

I hadn't thought of putting in my drinks...even just in a glass of water would be good don't you think??
