Guest guest
Elizabeth, everything or just about everything has sugar and dairy in it. How do i go about eating w/ out having no sugar or dairy? Right now I am 102 pounds and need to gain some weight...what else can I eat besides fish and brown rice? right now, I am just trying to eat but also trying to watch my sugar and dairy also at the sametime. What else can I eat? alot of the organic stuff is too expensive for us right now w/ our medical bills.... Love SusanElizabeth Elliott <eliz3378 wrote: lose the dairy, sugar and stimulants. Friends. Guest guest
it is tough, but you should be able to get dairy, sugar and stimulants out of your diet regardless of whether or not you can afford organic. you can eat rice noodles, marinara, beef, chicken, fish, rice, veggies, juice, peanut butter, almond butter, quite a few things. you should probably get a couple of really good cookbooks. i would also start drinking rice milk or almond milk. oatmeal, fruits, etc. there is really quite a lot out ther eyou can eat. - susan leach herbal remedies Sunday, May 30, 2004 4:28 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - cleansing woo hoo!
