Guest guest
I was wondering about the organic orange peels is it possible to tincture them for "longer shelf life"? If I'm eating them quite a bit as in the summer those peels can stack up more than I can use them. Waymon Friends. Fun. Guest guest
Yes, you could tincture them, but remember you'd be killing the enzymes by doing so. If you're just interest in the biochemical nutrients, then go ahead. Guest guest
Both the white and the peel have certain specific properties and they are different and both very good for you. Don't separate them. Use the whole peel. Guest guest
When we throw orange peels outside it takes them FOREVER to decompose. Peels aren't easily digested and shouldnt' be eaten. That's what I read. The vitamins are in the white part that people have been trained to throw away. Guest guest
Hi Waymon, If the peels are being dehydrated and powdered, why would there be a problem storing them? Or are you looking at a different method...? Kelli Waymon Cowley [goldenirides] Saturday, May 29, 2004 9:55 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - Question, Doc...
