Okay, I just ordered a 10 lb bag of Sprouted Wheat flour. I am very excited because it is the summer and my son will be home more because I try to keep him home from summer camp as much as I possibly can, depening on my work load. Thank goodness my work schedule is so flexible!! Anyway, I discussed with him that I wanted to make bread for our sandwiches...he is not overly fond of the Ezekiel breads...he doesn't like the crunch in them...I personally don't mind it at all...but he does and so I told him that I would find some sprouted flour and make the bread ourselves.

Now, I need some good bread recipes!! Anyone??

Caroline I haven't made bread for a long time, I use to make it all the time and gained to much weight so I had to quit baking all goodies, LOL

I don't have mo old baking recipes handy as they are stored right now. I am sure someone will help you out here or check out the flour web site, they have recipes.

God Bless,
