Is there still any open or scabbed over wound? If wound is healed rub deep tissue rub into the area, adding good quality DMSO will be a huge plus. This will help with the pain and healing. Take bone, flesh, cartiladge tincture. A good comfrey salve will help bone knit faster. Hydrotherapy. Cayenne tincture for circulation internally. This is a very good plan of action to help you. Maybe others have more suggestions for you. Keep us posted. God Bless, JAmie in Az

Guest guest
I found the Nerve Sedative formula....and wondered...is this to be tinctured? Or is this to be used as a tea? Or both? I didn't find the pain and headache formula though...can you lead me in the right direction? Thanks! Caroline zeb There is a pain and headache formula that should be in the files.
