I've never tried it, I plan to change my sinful ways (LOL) after my cleanse

and will be on a hunt for a store with a bigger organic selection. My

grocery store has on average 8 different kinds of organic things (usually

only lemons for fruit). The second closest grocery store that would have

organic would be close to an hour away. I just may have to make the trip.

I don't even know what sesame oil is or where you buy sesame seeds. So much

to figure out....

Oh, and with the tortillas....can you BUY corn meal or is that something you

MAKE? I don't think I've ever seen cornmeal either but I haven't been on a

health hunt yet.

Candace, i have to go 20min to get to the stores i need for organics.

I think i sent you a link to some stores. Call them ahead of time

and see what products they carry.

Spectrum offers an organic sesame oil. It is not quite the same as

the sesame oil you can get at an asian food store, but still good AND

organic!

I am sure the health food stores carry corn meal and maybe even corn

flour. again i would make a list of things you would like to

purchase - a grocery list, and then call a couple of the closest ones

and see who has the most items on your list.

I end up going to 3 different stores each weekend to do my weekly

shopping!

WOW you really make an effort to eat healthy, huh? I think as soon as doc or

some one puts together a recipe book (hint hint) I'll have a better idea of

what to buy. As for right now, I THOUGHT I was eating healthy until I

started reading you guys/gals' posts. Now I wouldn't know where to start!!!

Actually Candace, Valorie has a book with a few recipes in it. You

can email her for info!

With regards to the other recipes, i have begun copying and pasting

ones i like from here and the web into word documents and them saving

them on my computer. I have started a nice little collection in

addition to my cookbooks.
