A ginger bath? I've never heard of this, but sounds great! What sort of experiences have you had with this???

John

I LOVE the ginger bathes! You do them during the total body cleanse but I really like to do at least one per week anyway. You can either add a good organic powdered ginger, like start with 2 tablespoons and work your way up to tolerence, or cut up some fresh and steep in hot water and pout in a bath. Gets a great sweat going and your feel so much better the next morning no matter if your sick or not.

Just remember if you get a good hot one going put vaseline on your genitals so the heat does not overcome the tender skin, LOL

Hi Jamie,

I've been wondering about the ginger baths since I saw your post saying that you do them on the cleanse. I've never done them with ginger in the bath water which is what I think your post says. I've just drank the 6 cups of ginger tea while sitting in a very hot bath. Per the reference for the total boty cleanse - "Put 6 cups of distilled water in a pot, cut up a 1 inch piece of ginger, put it in the water and simmer for 15 minutes. 1 hour before bedtime take a hot bath as hot as you can stand it for a minimum of 1/2 hour and drink 4-6 cups of hot ginger tea."

Am I missing something?

Kelli
