I've never heard of this, but sounds great! What sort of experiences have you had with this??? John I LOVE the ginger bathes! You do them during the total body cleanse but I really like to do at least one per week anyway. You can either add a good organic powdered ginger, like start with 2 tablespoons and work your way up to tolerence, or cut up some fresh and steep in hot water and pout in a bath. Gets a great sweat going and your feel so much better the next morning no matter if your sick or not. Just remember if you get a good hot one going put vaseline on your genitals so the heat does not overcome the tender skin, LOL God Bless, Jamie in Az

Guest guest
Hi Jamie, I've been wondering about the ginger baths since I saw your post saying that you do them on the cleanse. I've never done them with ginger in the bath water which is what I think your post says. I've just drank the 6 cups of ginger tea while sitting in a very hot bath. Per the reference for the total boty cleanse - "Put 6 cups of distilled water in a pot, cut up a 1 inch piece of ginger, put it in the water and simmer for 15 minutes. 1 hour before bedtime take a hot bath as hot as you can stand it for a minimum of 1/2 hour and drink 4-6 cups of hot ginger tea." Am I missing something? Kelli SpareRibOfAz [spareRibOfAz] Thursday, May 27, 2004 6:25 AMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - John - Ginger Bath I LOVE the ginger bathes!
