Hi, Kelli!

 

Sorry, I have missed your answer and didn't answer your questions on

my exercises habits.

I don't have good habits for exercises ( my faul, my faulf, my

fault!). I used to walk one hour in the mornings but I stoped while I

had all the tests, mainly after my cintilograph, when the doctor said

I had a blockage, an schemy, but them my catheterism showed that I

have no blockage, the " schemy " is for the muscle hardness.

Today I wanted to re start walking but my arm still hurts for the

catheterism and I feel myself a bit dowm with the recent news on my

heart, so, this is just an excuse to stay home like a dumb lizard...

I put on too much weight after my hypot. and now I need to lose 20/25

kilos. I am taking thiroxine 100 mg a day.I don't look obese because I

have a good posture and I am not short, nobody would believe I put on

all that weight, but I did.

My life is active, I am an artist, plastic artist, I work with papier

mache, modeling, sculpting, sanding...but I know this is not enough,

this is not what we may call " exercise " ... Okay, dear...I am trying to

hide from myself I am...shhh... sedentary...oh! I said it! Blargh!

I eat well, I am not fan of " trash food " , I only eat fresh vegetables

and fruits, natural rice and few meat, I use olive oil, not to cook,

but for salads and I cook with few oil, I drink a lot of water and I

have a secret to tell you, my sin: I drink Coke! 1 cup almost everyday...
