Guest guest
Hello! My name is Neusa, I am Brazilian, 44 years old and found this list searching the Health Groups. I don't write well in English but I hope someone may help me here with some info on natural treatments for Hypothyroidism and cardiac hipertrophya(sp?). I had a catheterism yesterday, I have no blockage but my heart is too hard. My doctor said me I need 80mg propranolol two times a day. I feel some pressure on my chest and extra-sistoles (sp?) and sometimes I have high blood pressure. Any tips on nutritional suplements or something more? I don't want to stay here ONLY waiting for a heart attack... What can I do? T.I.A. and, please, be patiente with my " accent " . :-)) Kisss, Neusa. Guest guest
Hello Neusa and welcome! First thing you need to do is request a tape from Doc at: http://f4.grp.fs.com/v1/YBO1QE9q01Tm32gKiw6Q8xw8KP5lFsQWMIQbnszo2 DUqFmx4IpPRIGj2s5Yfuc0HtLkNDMWVYSPymJ4HzY-jpAH6PQ/A%20Free%20Lecture the tape is in English so hopefully this will be ok for you ) Then start reading in the files section of this site and about the Total Body Cleanse. This is the single most important thing you can do to help yourself. I am not up on heart remedies but others will respond. With regards to hypothyroid though, there are several of us members that USED to have Hypothryroidism and no longer rely on any perscription medicine for management. I did the total body cleanse in January of this year and have not taken a thryoid pill since then. I feel better, look better, and my overall health is far improved. Guest guest
Hi Neusa! Welcome! My recommendation would be to contact Doc (info in the files) and ask for his free tape. Listen to it and then, if possible, give him a call. Look through the files for the info on the total body cleanse. Myself and a few others on this list have had their hypothyroidism completely handled by doing the total body cleanse. You will get great benefit on many other things by doing this as well. The only other thing that I can suggest for the high blood pressure is fresh, organic garlic. Swallow as much each day as you can. Others on this list can probably give you more advice on the heart issues. Can you give us more data on your diet and exercise habits? There may be other things we can help with. Kelli P.S. I must be Brazilian too because I cannot tell you have an accent! paper_mix [artemix] Wednesday, May 26, 2004 3:22 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - New member from Brasil.I don't want tostay here ONLY waiting for a heart attack... The heart formula in the files is excellent as well, especially after the total body cleanse! God Bless, Jamie in Az
