Guest guest
A friend of mine is suffering from acid reflux. I have recommended lemon balm tea and have given him the shakedown on cleansing (which goes over like a fart in church). Are there any other recommendations for this ailment. He mentioned something about an ulcer, and I recall reading something on this list a LONG time ago about treating them, but can't find it. Any input would be much appreciated.
