I have a friend who wants to make changes...and wants to get healthy...but is terrified of giving up his Prozac and tranquelizer he takes to sleep at night...

Should I help to wean him off of those meds before trying to do a Total Body Cleanse? Or should he just go ahead and start the cleanse? He is more than willing to cleanse...just not too sure about coming off of those meds.

He also takes a cholesterol med and lives on antacids. I told him that if he cleansed he wouldn't need either of those and is okay with that.

Any help?

He needs to get the tape, and then call Doc regarding the meds.

I agree with Sylvia - get the tape for him and have him call Doc.

I just sent him the information and hopefully he will join and then request Doc's tape...if not...well then...I've done all I can for him...until he decides to do it for himself.

Aaaaah, wouldn't this world be a much healthier place if we could make decisions FOR people!?! : )

Seems every day one of my friends comes up with some new illness they or their kids now have and WHOA IS THEM.

Mention herbs and you get the ole "I'll ask my doctor about that" And don't EVER put down their gods...er...doctors.

Got an email just today from a friend who is 100 pounds overweight, who has to get around on a scooter because her knees are deteriorating (hmmm due to weigh perhaps?) and has a chronic illness she gets hooked up to IVs once a month for. Funny her disease gets worse every time she gets an IV of junk. She gets BAD dizziness and vomiting and can't get out of bed. A couple weeks later things are going better and returning to "normal" and then another IV and WHAM she's bedridden.

Good thing these docs are helping her. (don't even ask what the name of her 1,245 letter illness is, I'll never remember it!)

But none of my blabbing in her ear or over her email will make her consider even doing a COLON cleanse. HOW RADICAL! Using herbs! WHOA!

P.S. ~hops up and down~ Herbs on their way, finally found UDOsand msm and flaxseed and apple cider vinegar. They're on their way.

TOTAL CLEANSE HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~does a cartwheel~

Do I have to be patient and make my tinctures or can I just grab a handful of the herbs and knock em back with vodka? LOL

Hi Candace, I share your frustration and think that we should all be voted the authority to make decisions for people who aren't on this list!! LOL!!! You think that would go over very well? ROTFL!

Congrats on getting all your herbs for the cleanse! I love your comment - "Do I have to be patient and make my tinctures or can I just grab a handful of the herbs and knock em back with vodka? LOL" You're a scream!!! I'm laughing my head off!!! :)Kelli

Oh, boy do I feel your frustration. I know everyone on this

list feels it. But maybe when she sees the results of your cleanse she’ll

listen a little closer. And……….maybe not!!! Anna
