OH Jamie!

Anywhere in that last post did you see me say that i didnt have a

problem with " BAD " food??? It is very much the same for me, i still

struggle daily with eating habits/what i eat.

I still have a huge weakness for chocolate and anything made with

chocolate as well as dairy products. I do try to limit them though.

But overall, i have to say that my " diet " has improved at least 50%.

Having cooking skills is a tremendous help in that regard because at

the very least i can make my old favorites but with better quality

ingredients.

It's nice to know we all go through trials with our diet... I do so good for a long time then that unfriendly hunger pang sets in and I can't always resist, LOL

We are still here so that's a huge improvement in our health alone! I love the positive encouragement!

Positive encouragement and support are awesome, but sometimes it's nice to know that others have difficulty in sticking to the "Diet"/wholesome lifestyle. It's those common frailties that remind us that we are not alone and to keep trying.Remind you of anything? LOL!

Indeed Sylvia!

Oh, boy, Sylvia, this is

so true. And you put it so well. I struggle with arrogance and

pride when encouraging my patients to change their ways. It’s an attitude that I get

sometimes and if I pay attention I can see my patients just shut down and I don’t

blame them, I would too. Sometimes I talk too much and that’s not

good. Anna
