Guest guest
OH Jamie! Anywhere in that last post did you see me say that i didnt have a problem with " BAD " food??? It is very much the same for me, i still struggle daily with eating habits/what i eat. I still have a huge weakness for chocolate and anything made with chocolate as well as dairy products. I do try to limit them though. But overall, i have to say that my " diet " has improved at least 50%. Having cooking skills is a tremendous help in that regard because at the very least i can make my old favorites but with better quality ingredients. I do so good for a long time then that unfriendly hunger pang sets in and I can't always resist, LOL We are still here so that's a huge improvement in our health alone! I love the positive encouragement! God Bless, Jamie in Az

I struggle with arrogance and pride when encouraging my patients to change their ways. It’s an attitude that I get sometimes and if I pay attention I can see my patients just shut down and I don’t blame them, I would too. Sometimes I talk too much and that’s not good.
