I love to make veggie wraps. They are easy, healthy and portable. Just take tortillas and spread them with either a dressing or cream cheese and lay some thin sliced veggies (lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, onions, squash, cucumbers... whatever strikes your fancy) and roll them up. Just spread the dressing all the way to the edges of the tortillas so they stay rolled up. To make them easy to handle, slice the rolled wrap into 1 inch pieces. Great with salsa!

 

Whenever I make these, I sprinkle the TT on it for a spicey, healthy kick. ;-)
