Guest guest
I know this has been covered but what are the uses for TT.I've read that it can be dried and sprinkled on stuff, can it be used as a supplement or just for specific health problems and could someone who uses it a great deal perhaps upload it's various uses in the members ideas files? Guest guest
My wife, son and I take it daily, as a suppliment. When we have cold/allergy issues, we double up on it. I use it in tomato juice, on salads. I dry the pulp and grind it in a coffee grinder as a spice for everything from popcorn to soups to chili/rice. The dried, ground pulp also makes a great snuff to clear the sinuses.
