Guest guest
Anna.... No there is no previous option . BUT if you go to the messages , type the keywords you are looking for in search archive ( Parkinson's ) and when it comes up with the one below you click the NEXT option , it will go back and search earlier groups of messages . I know it's backwards !! You should have the same options as us Mods. Let me know if you have any more difficulty....Mary O - DrCrandall herbal remedies Tuesday, May 25, 2004 8:48 AM RE: Herbal Remedies - Parkinson's / ANNA Thanks and no I haven’t. I just now tried to search again and I’m taken to this message. There is no option to go to ‘previous’. I’m more then willing to search the archives but most of the time it’s worthless. Do you mods have some special privilege that us peons don’t LOL Anna

Duh, I realized later that the ‘next’ goes backwards but it’s frustrating to have to go through all the recent messages to get further back to stuff that I haven’t seen. I tried putting in some of the message numbers that I’ve saved and they aren’t there anymore, like 1776 Orange peel recipe and 1646 history of psychiatry and 935 great overview of health by Doc. It just keeps going to the current segment. Number 1 isn’t even there anymore and that’s Doc’s intro to the group. What good are archives if the best isn’t still available?? , boohoo J Anna

Guest guest
They should be there. I originally started HR on a different list (can't remember the name), and it was bought out by and transferred to their servers. The original list was started in 1997 I believe, but some of the original first messages were lost in the transfer. I don't believe anything of import was lost though. Guest guest
<<<Start at the beginning and just go thru each one... Suzi>> Sorry, I didn’t make myself clear (I spent most of the day on the phone with insurance companies and lawyers, my brain is fried, I swear those people are just plain stupid. Twice I called back the same company, asked the same question and got two totally different answers, I’m not kidding, so I picked the one I liked best J and forget getting a straight answer to any question, sorry I digressed) Yes, that’s what I’ve been doing but I was just saving the number of the message instead of the whole message. It’s so much fun reading the old messages. And seeing how far some of you have come!! Anna
