Guest guest
How long do you soak your beans and sprout the rice? By the time I get this all done I’m out of the mood for whatever I was going to make with them LOL Anna
Guest guest
I soak everything 24 hrs. Put a jar or two out one night and then start them rinsing the next. The following night they get cooked or just put in the fridge and then used throughout the week. This goes for beans, rice, wheat, ...whatever. I always try and have at least a couple things already sprouted in the fridge ready for use. :)Kelli DrCrandall [drcrandall] Monday, May 24, 2004 7:24 PMherbal remedies Subject: RE: Herbal Remedies - sprouting beans/rice How long do you soak your beans and sprout the rice? I thought they had to sprout. But now I see that’s only if I’m going to eat them raw not cook them. Guess who’s gonna have some beans and rice real soon J
