Guest guest
I dont have an exact recipe but here are the basics. approx 1 cup sprouted wheat or spelt berries (or both!) 1/2 cup minced celery 1/2 cup minced onion 1/2 cup minced bell pepper 1/2 cup minced tomato 1/4 cup shredded carrot 1/2 cup minced garlic 1/4 cup parsley 1 tblsp basil (dry or fresh minced) 1/2 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup sprouted almonds celtci sea salte to taste 1 tblsp yeast flakes In food processor, lightly process sprouted berries until coarse grain, then add all veggies and process lightly (pulse) to blend. Add sprouted nuts, yeast and salt to taste, and pulse just enough to chop nuts slightly. Mixture should taste almost pizza like. the mixture will be somewhat mushy and should have chunks of nuts. Spread evenly (about 1/4in) onto teflex dehydrating sheet and dehydrate at approx 90 degrees for 8 to 10 hours or until firm. Once firm, remove from teflex and transfer onto regular dehydrating rack, continue to dehydrate until crisp (approx 4 more hours) Last time i made these they lasted 2 days!
