Hi Heather,

Some one else may have answered your question, I just logged on and

am way behind----------Sugar Blues was written by William

Duffy,copyright 1975, reissued in 1993.

It is a great read, I am already 3/4 through it, and took time this

a.m. to clean out one cabinet and get rid of everything with sugar in

it. Did't leave much---lol.

Thanks Lois & Doc.......I have a sweet tooth...and when I'm stressed all I can think of is sweet comfort food....yes I know how bad it is for me! I'm hoping this book can turn my thinking around.

Yep.....that's what I need....to scare the dickens out of me!!!! Someone posted what ingred went into a coke....WELL I'd have to be dying of thirst before i would drink that again!!
