Doc hasn't put it in the files yet... but here is dr christophers formula

Horsetail, Nettle, Oatstraw, and Lobelia. A wonderful natural calcium capsule, tea or glycerine based extract. The silica in horsetail grass converts to calcium, and the other herbs work in close conjunction with this master calcium herb. Calcium is need for nerve sheath, vein and artery walls, bone, teeth, etc. This combination is all pure herbs. It is also used for cramps, "charlie horses," and for all calcium needs in the body

Oh yeah...and one other question...just to be clear...equal parts of each...then just make a tea out of it...correct? Or is there some additional process that needs to be done with it?

Yeah! Thanks Doc! I'm putting together a notebook of things...notes...print outs...and things I am trying to learn more about...so that I can become as educated as possible!

My main issue at this point...is finding a good source of organic meat that doesn't make me have to buy a 1/4 of a cow...a year from now...that might work for me...but right now...I don't have an extra $500 to put out...plus I don't have an extra freezer to store it in...I will be working on putting that all together as soon as I can though!

So in the meantime I am trying to see what I can find. My local health food stores are pretty disappointing in regards to what I am finding in the meat area...and my son is a true meat lover.

Oh yeah, I have another issue, I'm not sure how to deal with...

My son goes to his grandparents relatively often...well...maybe once a month...in the summer he spends longer periods of time...and they are horrible eaters...I'm really afraid for when he goes there...that he will get sick from the food they feed him...and there is nothing I can do to have them change their diet...so that is completely out...other than cutting his visits with them down to nothing...which is unfair...due to the fact that he is their ONLY grand child...and the only memory they have of their son...so I would never dream of depriving them of him...so I'm not sure what to do...is there anything I can do like send some TT and TN with him...or anything else to help him deal with their eating habits while he is there??

Any ideas on this would be very helpful!

You're most welcome hon.

A good place to order high quality meat is from:

http://www.homesteadhealthyfoods.com/

They have both Beef and Chicken there.

Send some TN with your son when he goes to visit and require that he at least eat that for breakfast. Have him take IC#1 with his evening meal to keep him regular, and I think that's the best you could hope for. Tell your inlaws it's your Doctor's orders.

Best of luck on that.

Love,

Doc
