To all of you who mentioned and recommended this book----thank you!!

I checked it out of the library this week and I am appalled at the

damage I have done to myself in the past. I am starting immediately

to get rid of the sugar in my diet, and will keep you all posted on

my results. And I am only into the 3rd chapter! (Just got it

yesterday)

I believe I will give copies of this book to family members, just

because they are important to me.
