Make sure the books you choose for him have lots of pictures of things he is interested in...that will keep his attention at least...

I can still sing most of the songs...lol...that is how often I heard those tapes...my son is 11 now...just turned 11 last weekend...I still will sing a song to him every once in a while...but he doesn't remember them...one of these days...when I have extra money...I'm just going to buy those tapes and make him watch them again!! lol Or I'll buy them and hold on to them for HIS kids!!

When my youngest was 3 we used to watch the busy world of Richard Scarry , Little Bear (my personal fave..I want to BE Mother Bear,lol..) Blues clues..etc..He learned so much! We're not big on t.v...but.. When your 3 yo is singing " the sun is a hot star, and mercury's hot tooooo, venus is the brightest planet..and earths home to me and youuuuuuuu.."lol... He still remembers all the planets because of that song... We had so much fun.:-)

That is Busy People...and one of them...but not the ones that were his favorites...this one will teach him about the different kinds of jobs and such that there are in a town...and everyone's responsibilities and such...of the three...this one was his least favorite...but Brock might like it!
