How long since your knee surgery and what did you have done...

Suzi<<<<So when docs say exercises like jumping on a trampoline are bad for knee surgery victims, do you guys think that's a load of bunk?

3 years since surgery. I tore my meniscus (it's been a while, excuse me if my terms are a little off) and stretched a ligament within 1/6" from tearing completely in half.

I'm not sure if a ligament heals or not but doc said there's no way to repair that. I had the rough edges of the meniscus lazored smooth and a few chunks that broke off removed.

 

The doc said I had the knee of a 40 year old.
