Thanks Anna,

 

I remember this one from PT on my knee years ago. I'll try doing it

later tonight when i have a chance to do a heat and cold compress.

 

I may have to break down and find a chiro too. I noticed that my

foot and hip on that same leg are now hurting. Considering i havent

been adjusted in over 8months, i am sure i am completely out-of-whack

now.

Oooooh, how many times I've heard " I wish I'd come here sooner " .

Interesting choice of words 'break down'. Um, that's what you body

is trying to tell you by breaking down?!?! Anna
