If you are not taking Total Tonic and Echinacea then there us a good chance you are experiencing your body having to work overtime to fight any thing that is turning on (such as a cold or some illness due to healing). Does that make sense? Get some total Tonic and Echinacea ASAP if you are not using it right now. I have no data that indicates that IC#2 would pull useful metals that the body uses out of the body. My personal opinion is that the metals your body uses go somewhere else. They are not sitting in the body waiting to be removed but being used. By the way I've been hearing about Panther Piss and Vitamin E being used concurrently. I had never heard this and emailed Doc p[personally but got no response and forget to ask whenever at the office. So what is this all about? I take Vit E because I run almost every other day and need to take it. I also take panther piss because I like it. Now, time to give Zebbie the info and give 'em some learnin'. IC#2 will deplete water from your body, which is why you'll see in the files you should be drinking extra distilled water when you're on the cleanse. This goes for any cleansing actually.
