Guest guest Posted May 19, 2004 Report Share Posted May 19, 2004 Okay...now that I have read a bunch of stuff on these sites that you guys have sent over the last couple of days...along with what is in the files...I would like to try a two week colon cleanse...is this okay to do first...and not follow right away with the liver/gallbladder cleanse? I would be willing to that at a later date...maybe give myself a month or so and then do the other...but want to do the colon cleanse...is this okay to do it this way? I would feel more comfortable doing it this way the first time...as opposed to the Total Body Cleanse...what do you think? Now...in regards to Inestinal Cleanse #1 and #2....in Doc's instructions it shows that if you have loose bowels that you should skip taking #1 altogether....well that would be me...I have a bowel movement on average three times a day. I am VERY prone to diarrhea so I should skip #1...correct? But then what...do I just start by taking #2 5 times a day...and keep some #1 on hand as back up just in case I should start to get blocked up? Anyone who can help me with this...it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Caroline P. S. The back is again still achy today...but better than yesterday...I have to continue putting comfrey and arnica on it...as I haven't done it all day and that seems to really do the trick!!
