Guest guest Posted May 17, 2004 Report Share Posted May 17, 2004 Candace, I have trouble breathing and was having Heart Palps before the cleanse. one week bfore the cleanse, i started walking 5 minutes a day for 2 days, then 10 and then 15. I stayed at 15 minutes for the whole first week of the cleanse as i found this was the most i could handle without feeling like i might pass out and was really red out of breath. Week two i was able to do 20 minutes, by week four i was able to do 30 minutes. I was able to push to 35 some days, but i found that was the most at this point, i think due to my weight. The point is do as much as you can and slowly work your way up, but dont quit. LOBELIA is a must, i had some tincture and i know this was really helpful with the breathing.
